What is the birthing gown designed for?
The birthing gown is designed to combine comfort, softness and practicality on an important day. Snap buttons at the chest make it easy to open the front for skin-to-skin contact and breastfeeding, while the full-length snap buttons at the back provide access for medical procedures, including epidural anaesthesia.
How do I choose the right size?
You can find the size chart on the product page of the birthing gown you are interested in. When choosing a size, remember that your belly may continue to grow during the final month of pregnancy.
What is the birthing gown made of?
The birthing gown is made from 100% natural cotton, which is soft, breathable and gentle on the skin.
How should I care for the birthing gown?
Please follow the manufacturer's washing instructions. The maximum water temperature is 40 °C. Before packing the gown in your hospital bag, we recommend washing it with a baby-friendly, hypoallergenic detergent.
Are the knitted items ready to ship?
Availability and preparation time are shown on each product page and in the selected variant. Some knitwear items are available for immediate dispatch, while others have a preparation time stated in the product information.
Ordering, delivery and returns
When will my order be dispatched?
An in-stock order is usually prepared and dispatched on the same or the next business day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. For pre-order items, please follow the preparation time stated in the product description.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the complete order is dispatched together within the pre-order timeframe.
Which delivery options are available?
In Latvia, delivery is available to parcel lockers including Venipak, Unisend, Latvijas Pasts, Omniva and DPD. Free Venipak delivery in Latvia applies to orders from €45. Delivery to Lithuania and Estonia via Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers is also available, as well as delivery to other European Union countries. The exact available options and price are shown during checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation by contacting [email protected] if the order has not been dispatched yet. If it has already been dispatched, please wait for delivery and then review the returns procedure.
How do I return an item?
The returns procedure, withdrawal form and conditions are described on the Returns page. Please read the information there carefully before sending an item back. Product exchanges are currently not offered.
